Day 117: Reflecting The Weather

Brrrrrr!!!! Okay, so it's not exactly snowing, but it is a little bit chilly at the moment. So I thought I'd try and post something relating to the cold. So here you go.

Day 113: Cheery Quilt

A few years ago my marmee made me a gorgeous brightly coloured patchwork quilt full of triangles - I love triangles! She had some input from me - and I bet she wished she hadn't at times - and it turned out even better than I could have wanted.
It's a bit too warm to have on my bed during the summer months, so I always feel great when it gets cold enough to put it on - it's about the only thing I really like about it getting cold. It just cheers me up so much. I love it.
And it's a connection to home, which makes it all the more precious to me. You may well be getting more and more photos of my quilt as winter goes on. Heh!
